Foundation scholarships — 2026 intake

Rare support, on published criteria, to follow a 12-month programme at ACERFI Formation.

What a scholarship is

A scholarship is not a discount.

ACERFI Formation does not lower its prices. The Foundation pays part of the invoice of a learner who could not follow the programme otherwise.

It is nominative, one per person per year, reserved to 12-month programmes, and cannot be combined with any discount.

Amounts

50,000 F

Score from 40 to 64 points.

100,000 F

Score from 65 to 84 points.

150,000 F

Score of 85 and above, with a certificate of indigence — documented hardship.

The round's budget is limited: scholarships are granted by score until it is exhausted, then a waiting list applies.

The criteria, published

The grid decides — not a person.

Each file receives a score out of 100. Documents are read, inconsistencies flagged.

  • Up to 25 pointsStatus: unemployed, student, informal work, employed.
  • Up to 25 pointsMonthly household income: under 75,000 F, 75,000 to 150,000 F, 150,000 to 300,000 F, more.
  • Up to 15 pointsDependents.
  • Up to 20 pointsParticular situation: orphan, single parent, disability, displaced or refugee — with an official document.
  • 15 pointsCertificate of indigence from the town hall or sub-prefecture.
  • Up to 10 pointsConsistency of the project with the programme, read in your letter.

Excluded outright

Incomplete file, second request in the same year, duplicate, ineligible programme. Under 40 points, the refusal is reasoned.

How it works

Five steps, from the form to the voucher.

  1. Step 1Fill in the request below, in five minutes, and attach your supporting documents. You receive a reference on WhatsApp.
  2. Step 2At least one document is required: without it, the request is received but cannot be granted. A forgotten document can be sent on WhatsApp by replying to the confirmation message.
  3. Step 3The decision is sent to the same number. If granted, you receive a nominative voucher, valid 30 days after the intake.
  4. Step 4The voucher is presented when paying the ACERFI Formation invoice: half at enrolment, the other half mid-programme if you attended at least 80% of classes. A scholarship goes to someone who shows up.
  5. Step 5To keep it, the 50,000 F deposit must be paid within 7 days of the decision.
